We couldn’t do what we do without our Back of House employees! Our chefs and cooks are in the middle of the behind-the-scenes action putting their culinary flare on the plate. Our BOH employees are truly like family with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow your culinary skills.
- Chefs: Our chefs ensure the kitchen is set up for success, create menus for our events, and pretty much manages all of the BOH employees.
- Sous Chefs: Our sous chefs make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is top notch to satisfy our guests’ taste buds, help run kitchen operations, manage cooks during the event, and assist our chefs with whatever they need.
- Event Cooks: Under the direction of our chefs, our line cooks are the ones rockin’ and rollin’ by cooking up the menu. Our line cooks are responsible for making sure stations are set up and preparing food by either grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, boiling, or broiling – you name it, they’re cooking it.
- Prep Cooks: Mise en place anyone? Our prep cooks make sure stations and ingredients are ready to go for the line cooks to use for the dish that they are cooking.
