A Fourth of July to Remember
This past weekend reminded us why we love what we do. M Culinary Concepts is proud to serve as the culinary team behind the annual Fourth of July Celebration at WestWorld alongside our co-producers, R Entertainment. Together, we help bring one of Arizona’s favorite Independence Day traditions to life. After a week of planning, prepping, and working behind the scenes, our team came together to serve thousands of guests and create a day filled with great food, family fun, and unforgettable memories.
Our Backyard BBQ was at the heart of the celebration, with guests enjoying classic summer favorites while taking in rodeo action, live entertainment, family activities, and one of the largest fireworks shows in Scottsdale. None of it would have been possible without the chefs, servers, event teams, and behind-the-scenes staff who poured so much hard work into making the day a success.
The day was made even more special when our co-founder, Chef Michael DeMaria, was recognized during the 7th Annual Parade of Heroes for his lasting impact on Arizona communities. It was a proud moment for our entire team and a reminder of what hospitality is really about: bringing people together and making a difference. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us. We can’t wait to do it all again next year.
