Fresh off the grill and part of the experience. 🔥

Our Off the Grill station brings chefs, sizzling grills and chef-carved New York strip steak right into the action. Guests pick up their steak with horseradish cream and M steak sauce, then explore our Ranch Hand Classics and Chef Small Bowls stations to complete their plate. 🍽️

Arizona knows how to set the scene. 🌵🔥 With the desert landscape as our backdrop, we served up Southwestern flavors, favorites fresh off the grill and sweet bites to finish the evening. A little taste of everything we love about gathering in Arizona.

1,300 guests, three floors and plenty to explore. ✨

We took over the @azscience Center for the ASTC Conference Reception with food experiences throughout the museum—from roving tamale carts and chef-assembled small plates to Petite Sonoran Dogs, our Cheese Tap Wall, braised short rib, movie theater snacks and plenty of sweets.

A night that kept guests moving, tasting and discovering something new around every corner. 🔬🍴

A little elegance in and out of the arena. 🐎✨

We had the pleasure of catering the @scottsdale_arabian National Breeder Finals at @westworldofscottsdale, bringing the M Culinary experience to one of Scottsdale’s premier showcases of the Arabian horse.

From the competition to the cuisine, it was a beautiful few days surrounded by incredible horses, great food and even better company.

A night where science, flavor and a little mystery came together. 🧪💜💚

For the Arizona Science Center’s annual Galaxy Gala, themed The Power of Poison, we created a menu inspired by the exhibit’s green and purple aesthetic—from gazpacho served in vials to an entrée inviting guests to “pick their poison.”

We love a good themed event—especially when every detail carries the story. ✨

For this Moroccan-inspired corporate dinner, ornate lanterns, vibrant orange and blue tablescapes, live entertainment and thoughtfully crafted cuisine transported guests for the evening.

From the atmosphere to the menu, our M Culinary team helped bring the entire experience to life. Because the best events don’t just follow a theme—they fully immerse you in it.
