Celebrating the holiday season with 350 colleagues, clients, partners and civic leaders is one thing. Celebrating with them on the 25th floor of a downtown Phoenix high-rise is another thing! Our Main Course Catering team provided the perfect solution, offering a diverse menu of appetizers and desserts prepared at our commissary kitchen, brought to their office, and (believe it or not) staged out of a small break room. Set with savory items including charcuterie boards, stuffed dates, chimichurri flank steak sates, the 4-sided station proved a delectably perfect centerpiece for the large modular meeting room. An array of individual dessert and parfait shooters dotted the built-in hutches and tiered floating shelves. Main Course bartenders kept the “good cheer” flowing, and a great time was had by all.
