Kosher Standards

What level of kosher supervision do you use?

All events are cRc supervised with a full-time mashgiach on-site. Meat is glatt kosher, and mehadrin options are available on request.

Yes. Our kosher kitchen is a fully separate, dedicated facility — never shared with non-kosher prep or storage.

Yes, we offer fully kosher-for-Passover menus and kitchen prep during the holiday. See our Shabbat & Holidays page for details.

Booking & Pricing

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking weddings and large events 6–12 months out, and smaller gatherings at least 4–6 weeks in advance.

Yes, tastings are available at our kosher kitchen once you’ve submitted an inquiry and guest count.

Quotes include menu, staffing, and standard rentals. Venue fees and specialty rentals are quoted separately.

Do I have to use one of your listed venues?

No — we cater at our partner venues exclusively for full kosher supervision, but can discuss other locations case by case.

Every dish we serve is kosher for all guests — we don’t run separate kosher and non-kosher menus at the same event.
