Kosher Standards
Where is your hashgacha from? Who is your mashgiach and is he there all the time?
Our hashgacha is Chabad of Arizona. We have a mashgiach from Chabad supervising in M Culinary’s kosher kitchen at all times and he travels with the team to all events. He is on site the full duration of the function.
Where do you source your meat?
All of our meat is glatt from CHK sources. Beit Yosef is available upon request.
Do you have dairy, meat and pareve catering options?
M Culinary has a fleishig (meat) kitchen. We offer many pareve catering options. At present, our ability to offer dairy catering is limited, but please ask your sales representative if you have a specific request.
Do you have dairy or pareve desserts?
M Culinary prepares delicious, from-scratch pareve desserts.
Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options? Can you accommodate other dietary restrictions?
Yes, we offer fulfilling vegetarian and vegan menus. We can accommodate gluten-free and soy-free diets and are mindful of all guest allergies that are shared in advance of the event.
