Common questions about our kosher standards, pricing, and booking process.
Kosher Standards
What level of kosher supervision do you use?
All events are cRc supervised with a full-time mashgiach on-site. Meat is glatt kosher, and mehadrin options are available on request.
Is your kitchen exclusively kosher?
Yes. Our kosher kitchen is a fully separate, dedicated facility — never shared with non-kosher prep or storage.
Can you accommodate Passover requirements?
Yes, we offer fully kosher-for-Passover menus and kitchen prep during the holiday. See our Shabbat & Holidays page for details.
Booking & Pricing
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking weddings and large events 6–12 months out, and smaller gatherings at least 4–6 weeks in advance.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, tastings are available at our kosher kitchen once you’ve submitted an inquiry and guest count.
What's included in a catering quote?
Quotes include menu, staffing, and standard rentals. Venue fees and specialty rentals are quoted separately.
Events & Venues
Do I have to use one of your listed venues?
No — we cater at our partner venues exclusively for full kosher supervision, but can discuss other locations case by case.
Can you handle both kosher and non-kosher guests at one event?
Every dish we serve is kosher for all guests — we don’t run separate kosher and non-kosher menus at the same event.
