Giving back goes beyond the table. 💛

Our Beyond the Table volunteer team recently spent time at the Boys & Girls Club supporting food security in our community. Together, we taught kids how to prepare simple foods they can confidently make for themselves at home—sharing practical skills, building independence and having plenty of fun along the way.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to serve others and make a meaningful difference in the communities around us.

One of our favorite parts of planning an event is welcoming clients to a private tasting, where the menu begins to truly come to life. It’s an opportunity to experience each dish, explore different flavors and fine-tune every detail before the big day.⁠
⁠
This tasting took us on a culinary tour through New York City, with inspiration from Little Italy, Chinatown, Washington Heights, Williamsburg and other iconic neighborhoods. From lox and bagel crostini and Chinatown-style dim sum to pastrami sliders, black-and-white cookies and frozen hot chocolate, every bite helped tell a piece of the story.⁠

The best events begin with collaboration—and sometimes, a trip through New York without ever leaving the tasting table. 🗽🍽️

Last week, team members from M Culinary Concepts and @nibblers_catering came together to pack around 175 lunchboxes for @umomndc. Today, we had the privilege of hand-delivering them and touring UMOM’s campus to learn more about the important work happening there every day.⁠
⁠
UMOM helps families experiencing homelessness move from crisis to stability by providing safe shelter, employment resources, affordable housing and continued support. Seeing their space and hearing more about the lives they impact made this experience even more meaningful for our team.⁠
⁠
We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an organization working to create brighter, more stable futures for families throughout our community. This is what going Beyond the Table is all about. 💛⁠
