WMPO 2026 Responsible Service Info
Title 4 Certification; M Culinary Concepts requires all bartenders to provide a valid, unexpired Title 4 Certification. Certification is valid for three years. Please email all updated certificates to hr@mculinary.com. The link below provides all the current online and classroom Title 4 certificate training:

Accepted IDs in the US:
- Unexpired driver’s license with photo from U.S. or Canada
- Non-driver’s Arizona state ID
- Armed forces I.D
- Valid unexpired passport
- Border crossing card or Mexican voter card containing a photo of the person and date of birth.
Legal Amounts to Serve in AZ: Employees service alcohol beverages may not provide free drinks to patrons or serve more than 32 oz. beer, 1 liter or wine or 4 oz. of distilled spirits to a single person at one time. Employees may not buy drinks for customers.
AZ Penalties for Serving or Selling to a Minor: Fine up to $3000 and/or 30 days suspension. Class 1 misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months imprisonment and/or up to $2,500 fine.
Over intoxication and Cutting a Guest Off: If one of your guests is at or close to the point of alcohol intoxication, it is important to prevent them from drinking any more alcohol. Please inform the captain or manager immediately and discreetly. Here are a few tips to help you refuse alcohol service to a guest without conflict:
- Avoid confrontation. Speak to the captain and intoxicated guest privately and avoid embarrassing them in front of their friends.
- Treat the guest with respect. Suggest food or other non-alcoholic alternatives in a friendly manner.
- Do not argue with the guest, but don’t back down either. Get your point across in a calm and friendly manner. Once you inform the guest that they are cut-off, do not serve them again.
- Be respectful when talking to them, but clear that you cannot serve any more alcohol.
- Monitor the guest who has been refused service. Always advise the manager, captain or other bartenders that a guest has been refused service. Make sure that friends are not providing him/her with alcohol.
